Gas pedel sticking
I have a problem with my gas pedal sticking when I press it. I have changed my throttle cable and the problem still continues! The person who previously owned he car took out the cruise control. The only other issue is that I need to change my oxygen sensor which got pull out from debris in the road. Would I have to change my throttle body? My car only has 38,000 miles on it. Car was sittin for a while unused. Spayed throttle cleaner in throttle body.
I have a similar problem. 50% of the time, pedal works fine and has no sticking. The other half of the time, I have to give a lot of pressure to get the pedal to move at all, once it does move though, it's fine until next time it sticks at the same beginning spot with no foot-pressure applied.
No problems with the pedal not coming back to position, only on the start of the movement.
Any thoughts?
