Feels weird watching it without the UK accent. Viper ACR is the first one on track, think they'll ever test an ITR?

 

I honestly turned it on then changed it. It just doesn't feel right lol.

Top Gear BBC > Top Gear USA

 

Agreed, I turned the channel tonight after watching for 20 minutes. If they tried to be SOMEWHAT different than the BBC guys I'd be more inclined to tune in religiously. Fav car show on TV right now is chasing classic cars.....................anyone else watch?

 

Out at SEMA I told history channel along with the cast that they are not top gear without the BBC cast..but after watching the show it actually changed my mind and I thought of it as decent, and im sure it will get better as they become more comfortable with themselves..however I still feel strongly about the personalities of the BBC show making it "top gear", but i wish the U.S best of luck with success because we need a better American tele show.

Chasing Clasisic Cars is my #1 show also. Imagine 50 years from now in a Chasing Classic Car show where they find an R in a barn and restore it or they find a hidden one that is still brand new. That would be awesome!

True, which is why I never got into Top Gear Australia.

 

It was OK at best. I dislike all of the hosts (as far as what a top gear host should be).

Chasing Classic Cars is a cool show.

3.. hmm.. none really so I guess maybe TopGear US for now.

 

I think it may just be for this month but I dunno it may be loner but apparently on Monday nights from 9PM to 5AM they are going to have 8 hours of Top Gear on the History channel

it felt like they were just reading a script the whole time and trying too hard to be like top gear uk. All of the hosts suck the only good thing about the show is the cars. hopefully it will get better

Yeah, I think it's scheduled to replay tomorrow night at 9, but the History Channel website is confusorizing, so I really have no clue.

 

comcast guide says it will be replayed tomorrow at 9pm. It just seemed really odd, they tried too hard to be like the uk hosts.
