H23 Short Block: This block was hot tanked and honed, comes as shown with crank, girdle, oil pump, balance shafts, water pump (might want replace), NO pistons or rods. It is closed deck unlike most H22's so it is perfect for a turbo application. The block will need to be decked for a fresh surface. $250 picked up OBO.
