how do u do it with a paper clip?

 

what are you trying to jump? pretty much just use the paper clip to jump two wires. pretty self explanitory.

 

LOL. and You have been on here for over a year and you don't know how to pull CELs? No wonder everyone with a Honda is a dumbass. find 2 wire blue connector by ecu and make the clip touch both of the wires and your cel will start flashing.

wellll it all depends on what jumper harness you have...this is on a swap right? i have a rywire harness on my p28 and a boomslang on my b16 swap dx. the rywire has 2 wires (blue and orange) that you touch together. i have them on a toggle switch. the boomslang you just connect the 2 terminals on the blue connector on the passenger side footwell. with a paperclip

the blue clip isnt under my dash!!

its under my hood and the d4 pin out for it had a wire spliced into the jumper
