just got done doing my b16 swap and the car wont move, with it jacked up in the air and in neutral i cant spin either wheel, is that normal? when i let off the clutch i get a little bit a grinding noise but i think its just my alternator pulley a rubbing the fender well i have to beat it in a little more tomorrow but the clutch is adjusted as far as i can get it to go and its a integra clutch cable so what could it be? the axles look like they are all the way in too

 

anyone? anybody? nothing?

 

friend had that problem with his rex..tore his gears out of the transmission, i hope thats not your problem

 

do u have oil in the trans?

 

i found my problem both axles spin when not attached at the hubs but in the trans. now when i tighten axle nut they do not, whats happening is that metal ring on the back of the spindle that is supposed to sit around outside of axle when installed is pressing up against the axle and lockin the two together, so i'm guessin my axle housing by the spline is too big, what can i do

you need to remove those metal dust rings on the inside of the hubs, they just pop off. you need to do this when swapping a b series. problem solved
