Default F/NBP at Tustin Acura

I was at Tustin Acura the other day and saw a black R with Honda-Tech stickers on it. Kind of funny because I had parked my R in that exact spot in the service drive when I walked out so when I walked back I saw the other R with a different plate and plate cover and it blew my mind for a second haha. So who was it?

That was me!

I also saw another ITR there, with integra.net stickers on it, had smoked corners and an exhaust, it was also 2001 black.

Cool yeah that was my car. Don't know if I passed you in the service/parts area or not. I was talking to the guy about getting a Comptech flywheel installed since they needed to drop my tranny anyway for warranty service. Driving around in slow as f*ck RSX base model loaner car for now haha.

I was talking to them about your car, come to think of it. Looking forward to the flywheel upgrade? I was there for an alignment. Now I need to go back and have them check out my clutch... it's going bye bye....

Hope you get all that fixed.

Why did you need alignment?

doopid chris, new tires = rebalance. that's it. new tires wont throw off your alignment.

I saw a set of Falken Azenis on there. Hmm, made me want to get some. Tires that is. I was worried the Azenis would be too wide for the stock wheel but they looked good on his car.

hahaha, thanks guys.... I've already put around 300 miles on them. These things are great!!! I kept my rear tires, so together greg, we have 4 tires to spare... however, they aren't the greatest...

But these rock the 910's big time!

Alex, ricer, n00b..... if your alignment is off when you get new tires, then they won't last very long. So new tires = balancing AND alignment.... in your case however, I doubt it matters because you can't really go that fast anyway.

Thanks for the offer on the tires Greg, but as you can see, I'm good to go

See you in a week.

Edit: do not get the Azenis put on by Acura, because their machine sux0rz. Go to America's Tire or Tire America (can't remember which it is.. )

America's Tire. Good people, 'specially the one in Pasadena. They give the hookup. Azenis totally rock- they stick like glue
