Hi all,

My car is a 89 CRX HF with a b16 swap.
I had just put in a new Optima redtop, had driven around for two days perfectly.
I went to start my car the other night and it smelt like plastic burning. I disconnected the battery. The next day the ignition just makes one click when key turned to start. When the key is half on the trunk light indicator on the dash now flickers with the trunk closed. When the trunk is open the trunk interior light now no longer works? I believe its a short, i have tried looking under the dash but cant see any visible melting and or damage. As from the symptoms i guess it has to do with the interior light relay and the ignition? I have checked / pulled the fuses under the dash and they all look good.

Any help would be much appreciated.
