Purchased a shifter console and other misc interior pieces from a partout thread he started on 11/09/10. About 2 weeks after payment was sent, he finally replies to my PM and says he has sold the car. We agreed on a refund and I haven't heard from him since.

A paypal claim has been opened and hopefully the others will get their money back as well.
