Can I use this wiring harness?

I've currently got a b16 in my eg hatch, but currently building a b20 vtec, I was wondering if I can use my same wiring harness, or better, whats the BEST wiring harness I can use for b20 vtec?

It'll work there's no difference in wiring. Unless u want a wire tuck keep what you have if it works.

Yeah I'm looking to wire tuck my car when I have my engine out. I never tucked before so want to try now.
