Default smoke after tune up?

So this is prob a stupid question, but just got my car back from the shop. When I got home smelled smoke, opened the hood and yep was smoking. Is this because maybe they forgot to start it up and let it sit for a while after cleaning? I hope so

Yeah was thinking that might be it. Its funny now the whistling that I thought was my intake is louder also. Guessing they used engine cleaner and that could be the answer to both.

The whistling may be due to the tune-up doing its job. New plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, I assume? Yeah an overhaul of the ignition system can actually make a noticeable difference if the old parts were "old enough".
