Got to tell ya a d can push 400 hp it takes some cash but parts for a d are far cheaper than b or h series. Throw some forged internals in it a nice cam fuel pump, injectors bigger map, good flowing exhaust big t3/t4 in and get a good tune in a light little rex you'll be shittin with 400 my first turbo was a t25 on 8 psi at 220 hp n that screamed
hay man thanks for the info the only problem i have is i dont have a tech to program all the stuff plus calculate the timing and setup plus im in bum$%^& ok and this place is worthless no one out here does any of that I was old school ya know v8s and stuff and that seam simple compared to all the computer stuff that has to be done for the timeing and vtech .... thanks for the comments

there is a D series motor thats a dual cam. the ZC cheap and easy to swap and have great potential! i have one in my 90 si boosted and it MOVES! even on a small t3t04e. SAVE THE D SERIES!!!!
where could i get a zc head or will i have to change the block to plus i got a guy at work offering a d16z6 for 200$ with trans and all so could i put the two d16s together and make a hum dinger of an engine or should i try to find one of these zc heads(block) ????
thanks for all the info from all

You have to swap the block too if your going with the dual cam zc which is almost the same thing as the D16 out of the first gen integra. I was going to do this swap but i came up on a complete B18a1 swap for $200 so i went with that and it is a quick car for right now. Still plan on building it in teh near future. Maybe ls vtec in the works.
What is your budget? Will the car be a daily driver, track car, or both?
No offense, but you sound like a kid in a candy store. Take your time, do lot's of research, make a plan and stick to it. If not, you are going to be wasting time and money....I've been down that road before.

Roger on the plan see like I said I am use to old skool american muscleso when i find out about all these engines that i had no idea about it is like a kid in a candy store b/c i am finding out new info, still i would like to do it as cheap as possible but i want to be able to out run any zo6 or almbo that comes around and yes it will be a daily i only live 5 mins from work so its all good but seriously i still want about 400+- and dont care how im going to do it if some one would give me the most cost effecient and effective way to acheive my goal $$$ is not the prolem finding the right info instead of every body giving me diff info i just need someone to help me and ill build it and ill have to tow it to the tuner so i could have it tuned
thanks for the info

I would vote for a turbocharged B-series motor. You can make 400hp on a stock motor with an upgraded fuel system and a good tuner. I would look into an OEM based management system such as Hondata, Crome, or Neptune as this will make wiring easier. Just invest in quality parts that have a proven history of good performance.
ok thanks any other persons input is still welcome I would like to stay away from a b series its just to $%^&* popular and i like to be the odd ball out
O hell yea it would but thats a lot of time and room i dont have i have to do it back yard style till i get all my to out to my new location as i have just relocated for my career and dont have everything out here but i was just reading a thread about a b18b1 in a crx looks pretty simple use stock ecu or integra ecu 90-93 integra axels and use either the integra wiring or crx wiring with hasport adapters
so that with a turbo sounds easy and quick and fairly cheap as MOST of the parts are local to me and cheap
