Default HID's wont stay on!!

Hey guys whats up. i got a HID kit from "HIDNation" and i got it installed and it works for about 10min or so.. then 1 headlight will go out. Im confused as to why this happens, is my battery not strong enough? maybe a ground not connected well enough? At its worst BOLTH headlights turned off while driving... which was BS.

Help me out please guys, im not to well versed in HID's and stuff like that.

Well, it could be several things. The ballasts could be on the way, the bulbs could also be to blame. At the same time it could be your car causing the issues.

How do the headlight harness wires look? Also, are you runing a relay harness?

When they do go out, can you just turn them off and then on and have them work fine?

Its a Brand new Kit from (HIDnation.com).. so its a relay harness/ Slim Ballasts / Bulbs, stuff like that.. i did notice that i drove back from BC tonight.. and i drove for like 40min before turning them on and they never flickered or turned off.. If im going to lets say the store and i turn them on, they will run for like 4min or so.. and one will flicker off.. and if i quickly turn off then on the lights..the 1 might come on.. it might not.. and if it does it doesn't stay on for long.

As far as the wiring.. its not the greatest on the side it usually dies out... it has been spliced and crap, i took a look at it but it still needs to be looked at.

I would began by fixing all of the wires. if the problem continues contact the seller.
