Yeah so i went and bought a lip kit (ebay) . I know i should have gotten a PasswordJDM one but im cheap, and there overpriced blah blah blah. Soooo does this lip look ricey? Suggestions? Anyone got the same kit? I only have the front one on right now. LMK.

I'd say that's borderline ricer... It resembles that plastic garden lining from Home Depot that people use for lips as well, not my cup of tea but whatever floats your boat...

 

i think if you match it to the bumper, it will look better. Rice is more of flashy, "hey! look at me! i should be a fast and furious prop car" deal. Ebay or not, i think it fits the car.

 

never been a fan of those lips.. even though i did rock one on my car for a little bit, painted though.
an si/ctr lip would have looked perfect

 

rice, same with pwjdm ****. unless its oem or spoon, IMO they look like ****. I hate how the style you have mounts and especially when its at an angle like that.

 

why didn't you just get a ebay polyurethane siR lip.

 

 

no it doesnt look bad. maybe even try doing that carbon fiber vinyl wrap. it might come out looking nicer

Not ricey just paint to match, and it would look fantastic. The only thing that looks cheap is the fact that it's that large, and still black. Nothin wrong with buyin cheap lips, if you use your car in the correct manner then there gonna get messed up anyway.

mugen replica is always ricey, 9/10 of cruddy cars with rotas and mismatched paint have this lip.
