Throttle Cable - Intake Manifold B18B
I'm going to give you all the whole story here just so things add up. (95 Integra LS)
I was taking my Intake manifold off so I could do a few things. From FITV, IACV, replacing the no-longer-existing gasket from the IM to the Engine, then clean up the IM itself.
Now, as I was taking the IM out, I couldnt get the bolts off of the bracket that hold up the IM. After trying and trying and trying I gave up, so I was never able to replace the gasket. I still did the FITV and IACV, since the IM doesnt need to be out to do that.
Anyways, after I got it all back together, I have a few problems. Out of the 4 bottom bolts of the IM, 2 are on, 1 is half tightened, and 1 isnt on. And the throttle cable is extremely loose.
When I start my car up, it revs all the way up to redline.
Now is the tough part, is it because of the missing gasket, the missing bottom bolt/untightened bolt, or the loose throttle cable?
After thinking about it a bit, I was thinking most likely a vacuum leak from either the gasket or the bolts, but when you push on the thumb tab on the throttle cable, it loosens, which makes the car rev. So it does kind of make sense that something is wrong with it.
Any info helps, I looked for a DIY on proper throttle cable installation but couldnt find out (maybe I put it back together wrong).
Thanks in advance.

I just checked my CEL, which has been on since I put my new header (figured it was just from O2 sensor).
I got:
6 - Water Temp Sensor
10 - Intake Temp Sensor
41 - Primary O2 Sensor Heater
What I also dont get it the CEL went on after I unplugged my O2 sensor, but 1 did not show up when decoding.

10- may be cloged or dirty, pull it clean it check the plug
41- geta new 02 sensor.
as far as the throttle cable, use the adjuster nuts and tightenit up. if you have loose bolts holdin the manifold on, its gonna create a air leak which is goint to cause your car to idol high or very badly. You may need to remove the manifold. (do what you got to do to get the bolts off) then remove the studs. and replace them with new ones. (if necessary)
Hope this helps
