that shiet is loud beyond imagination...i sat in R&D Daniel's EG and i was still deaf after two hours...think it over...plenty of other great exhaust on the market that won't require new eardrums

It's 60mm piping...no bottle necks...small resonator and no muffler section. I'm running with toda header & test pipe. It's a very loud exhuast without the silencer. Lower and mid RPM it's nice and bassy but at high RPM it is very loud. The silencer does help and makes it bearable.

there is no bottle necks in the exhuast cuz i dont really care about how loud it is that doesnt really bother me. just looking for something free flowing i figure its probly better than the zigen or skunk as well

. okay, i thought i could handle my T1R unsilenced for long periods of time, but no. i can't if sound TRUELY does NOT and absolutely WILL NOT bother you, this looks like your exhaust. i'll give you an idea, my car, on thunderhill road course, people will ALWAYS know where it is.so in conclusion- yes cops will be able to follow the sound. silenced? i have no idea. but my car is friggen loud unsilenced, and i imagen the Spec 2 being twice as loud.

I heard it on robert's (X4racer or something) race car with the silencer installed, wasnt terribly loud at low rpms.
Sweet exhaust Alan--wonder where you go that from?
The silencer in kills the upper end power, but then again so does it being out because you never want to run like that on the street if you can help it.
But the thing does run great up top and flows like a champ and it looks great to boot. It beat me up on the freeway though, even with the silencer in.

Try accelerating slowly and quietly from a stop when a cop is within range. That is when I find it most difficult to hide the noise from my lack of an exhaust.
The exhuast is loud enough to scare people behind and beside you. Even with the silencer in it's pretty loud.
Hunter...I was rolling around with just ITR b-pipe and no muffler for a little bit and that is much quieter when compared to BC Spec II.
Last night some friends of mine took some video clips of my car going thru a tunnel and on the street. I can tell you this my ears were ringing after going thru the tunnel a couple times at WOT
As for fitment I had to get a 11 3/4" test pipe.
I'll do some dyno runs with the silencer in and out. I'll post when I get'em.
The exhuast is very stealth as the tip is small and sits nicely on '94-97 bumpers. It's amazing though how much sound it makes though
Todd00...thanks for selling me the exhuast
