yes all ti ***** will fade with use

if youv got ***** you can re burn them

or if you search around on here someone made a thread of turning ti ***** colors with electricity and water, something about a bunch of batteries an hook a wire to the **** and dip in the ware or something, they had good results with that i remeber

but yes no matter how much you spend or who you buy from it will fade

something you might want to look into is when you either reburn your **** or get another, have it clear coated, shouldnt be a problem clearing a ****, if will stop the friction of your hand wearing off the burnt look

Thanks for the input guys.

And to Casey, how long have you had the ****? It hasnt faded at all? And your **** is all blue right? Its funky cause as 01-0720

has mentioned all ti ***** fade from use ie. your hands/oils polishing the **** but my T1R and my friends ARC **** faded but some

others as yourself with the T1R/J's/ARC havent had any fading issues...wtf is going on lol. Im familiar with people reburning the ****

and im sure a coat of clear would be beneficial in preventing the fading process from occuring again. The electricity thing is weird...ill

have to look into that.

Reburning it is easy! I've reburnt my old ALEX titanium **** twice now.

Hold it over a flame and keep rotating it like your roasting a hot dog haha. Do it slow so you don't burn it all dark and ****.

I've had my ARC Ti shift **** for 7 years now and it hasn't really faded at all. Then again, I usually have a beanie over it so that I don't scratch it.

While we're on the topic of shift *****, can anyone enlighten me as to why one would spend so much on one? Nearly $300... hmm.

Because it's J's racing and so mad tyte jdm!! It's a "real" product and not a knock off so the price is justified.. lol @ people actually spending that much on these.

Oh also why the 3 year bump when the OP got his answer already...
