Default 99 Integra. Shitty heat blowing. Help!

My car has good hot heat. The fan is spinning hard, and sending a lot of air. But it is barely coming out the vents. As if it's being blocked or a trap door is stuck or something.
I'm wondering if this problem has happened to anyone before. I have done searches and can't come up with anything.

Let me know thanks.

If the "Mode Control Motor" works, [you can change from vents to floor to defrost] then it is most likely a blockage.

Do you have A/C, does it work?

I would start by removing the blower motor so you can "look" up the opening to see if there is a blockage, if you have A/C you can see the evaporator and make sure it is not "clogged", if you do not have A/C, you can remove the duct section, where the evap would be, to get a better look into the heater box. 94

Yep. Everything switches from floor to vents and stuff.
The ac was removed. And I pulled out the blower motor and looked up. Looks clear. I'm going to pull my dash this weekend to check more into it.

When you "removed" the A/C did you remove the evaporator, if so, did you reinstall the evap housing or put the proper "A/C deleat" duct in place of the evap housing? 94

The evaporator is still in the car. All I did was take the stuff out of the engine bay.

Ok I removed it. Put it back together than tried it out.
And it's still the same I couldn't believe it.'I'm so so stumped. My friends integra vents blow so hard. 80% harder than mine.
I'm thinking maybe the blower motor has gotten weak.
But I have two of them. A japanes one with 50k and my original and their the same.

Or maybe the car is not sending enough voltage/ amperage to the blower motor.

Pull the blower motor and test it by supplying power and ground directly from the batt.

It is possible your problem is resistance in either the power to the motor, [12V+] or the switched ground side, you can also test the motor in place by using a jumper from 12V+ or chassis ground, just stick the jumper into the back of the blower motors power plug, turn system on, then with a jumper supply a power and ten the ground, [on at a time] to the plug to see if speed increases. 94

Thanks for the help, u helped with my diagnostics. I figured it out. The Japanese blower motors are ****. They don't use enough power and the speed is weak. I had two japanese blower motors. Went and picked up a usdm and it's amazing. Blows 80% stronger than the Jdm.
So remember. Never put a Jdm blower motor in a usdm integra.
