using stock master cyl, and the accord euro-r prop valve will not work since it has only 4 holes and a normal one has 6 holes :S,,

Also my e-brake cables were to short, I did the whole swap but no e-brake and using stock master cylinder/booster and also stock prop valve, and already i could feel a big difference in the braking,

in an EG it should just be bolt on, I used a complete swap from an SI on my EG DX and it all bolted up fine ebrake cable and everything although the Si prop valve will work too, its not a 40/40

Wait a minute ... Si hatch e-brake cable didn't fit a CX hatch? That's not supposed to happen. They should be a perfect fit.

Well, Del Sol Si/VTEC ebrake cables will be too short.

94-01 Integra will work too. But if your swap came from a 92-95 Civic Si, then the ebrake cables will work, no doubt. But it sounds like you have Del Sol cables.
