a couple of times this past week, on the way home, the check engine light would come on when i start it, it stays on the whole way home, when i get home i shut it off, and when i go to start it up again to check for codes, it doesn't come on,
anyone have any ideas what it could be, seems like something is about to go, but don't know what it is?

its a "soft code" wont hurt anything, but do read you LED on your ECU to find out what it is and get it fixed

 

why dont u get the code and FIX the problem instead of posting
obviously theres something wrong if its giving a code.!!

LOL i dont know why but my votes for that too Only because i have the same problem, took it to honda and they said the O2 was fine. So i dont know what to do, but, not worry about it.

 

hey bud you can buy a brand new sensore cause i had that same problem and once i replaced it and got the computer system(DTC's) erased everything was fine..only problem was my was loose and i bought one for no reason..if you want you can have mine for $150CDN which is $94 USD

yes, its true, there is a life outside of the internet,lol

well, the engine light never came back on, so i could never get the code,
the battery was dying that week, could that have been the problem, i just replaced it so maybe thats why i never saw it again,
