3/4" drop: are camber adjusters required?
I've been thinking about installing some aftermarket springs and shocks/struts on my '97 Accord wagon, but don't want to go too low. If I stay with a ~1' drop or less, will I need to install camber adjusters? The car is my daily driver, and I don't want anything radical....just improved handling w/o the hassles of tight ground clearance or a real stiff ride.
Can anybody recommend a spring manufacturer? So far I see Neuspeed has a 3/4" drop spring set, and I think H&R does also.

I'm 3" from the ground with absolutely no camber kit and absolutely fine. Natural camber is fine, as long as you set the toe all around to 0, you'll be good. Get an alignment and call it a day.
To the OP: Your camber will only lean in a very small amount, if any, and I doubt your camber is within spec right now anyway. You probably need an adjustable camber kit right now, its just a matter if you're interested in tire wear and proper alignment. Is it valuable to you?
For my 98, Ingalls offers adj ball joints, but i'm sure they offer parts for your 97.
I doubt your camber is absolutely fine. If you think setting all of your toe to 0 is the best thing for an alignment, think again. Why even bother setting your toe, when you don't touch anything else? Everything is all equally important when in comes to prolonging tire wear and building performance.

I am also with wolfy and scanless. I have -3 degrees of natural camber and daily it. yes, camber will contribute to a very small amount of inside edge tire wear. But toe is the main tire killer because it is essentially dragging the tire down the road at an angle across the tread. A proper set of tires, 0'ed toe alignment, call it a day. Especially with such a small drop. Would be more than fine.
cambers are required for cars dropped no matter the height. the reason being that you only use one side of the tire. camber is what im headed for, with my being a 2 in drop.
