New to H-T, just wanted to post some pics of the del sol I picked up from an auction for $500.

I've been messing with it a little bit, but only body work for now as I'm skinny therefore it's too cold outside and garage not big enough for two cars while pulling the motor in one.

Interior removed except for dash...all interior panels have been cleaned spotless by my gf, who is actually almost as excited for the car as I am lol...I laugh but it kinda scares me....Can see some rust where the seat used to be, driver's side is worse, has recently been cut out on both sides and replaced. All new carpet on the way.

[IMG][/IMG]Shaved antenna, looking for somewhere to put one, obviously not putting it there. Possibly something slim similer to my TSX.

[IMG][/IMG] Painted trunk, is actually flat black just didn't dry yet, but will be covered by the panels anyway so oh well

Planning on building an LS Turbo setup, looking for around 300-350 hp.

Body will remain stock just fresh white paint, all new oem lights and some wheels, nothing fancy....

nice. are you going to keep it red or are you going to do a complete body color change?

 

I've actually been putting alot of thought into that. Was originally gonna go for black but I had an integra a few years ago that was white so I think I'm gonna go with white again

 

Do a pearl white lol like a caddy ha

Thanks Mish, I have nothing but time with this car, so I am in no hurry. I will do everything I can to make everything right.

Anybody every tried "shaving" the 2 plastic pieces behind the rear window and behind the doors so there is no seam?
