does it really help out alot? becuz the rattling is gettin pretty annoying. i was wondering if it was better for the engine? i dont exactly know how it works, but someone told me that its good for drag racing? can it actually get speed?
You loose torque when your motor is moving all around in your engine bay back and forth. Keeping the engine securly mounted helps alot, espeically with traction issues.. I recently did a urathane insert on my crx and it helped alot.. Ya the vibration blows *** but its a race car so It doesnt matter.

if the rattling is getting annoying from stock mounts dont get urethane mounts!!! they will shake you alot! youll hate it....... i have hasports and they vibrate a lot!
its better for drag racing since it helps in reducing the motor movement when launching.
we have the ENergy suspension inserts for the rear and front mount for $25.00
they work very well and are highly recommended. of course, check your stock mounts first. make sure they are still in good condition and not totally broken.
