how much i must cut the small 0,6bar 8psi spring to get about 17psi 1,2bar boost???

cut the half 50% from the spring ore more? like 80%??

correct is two spring 0,4 bar spring and 0,8 bar to get 1,2 bar

No, do not cut anything. Mix and match the spring colors to achieve the desired boost pressure. At most you can add shims to increase the spring pressure if slightly below your target.
