No, it's the Modulo grill. It's sold as a part of the "Type S Kit" over here.
The stock grill is the same as on the USDM.
Differences in EDM and USDM from the outside are factory tinted glass (privacy glass) and no rear wiper.

 

Sick car. Looks fantastic, what kind of mileage you been getting with it? Torn between the cr-z and insight, I would image the insight would get far better mpg's but probably be much less fun to drive around.

I'm not really driving slowly. Average mileage is about 36mpg(US)
Sounds not really good but don't forget that it's winter and I'm driving with heatseat and climate control all the time on german autobahn with about 86mph in average.

If I would drive "responsible" it would be no problem to reach 39mpg.

 

Nice. I had one of the most weird encounters my self. Owning a 91 civic, seems like these hybrids were born from these earlier cars with new concepts adapted.

Parked at a gas station my car was at a pump. Probably one of the best photo like pics you can get with the Bright Mercury vapor lighting. Car was well lit and looked good. Approaching my car, a guy was standing close racing back and fourth on foot. around my civic. He makes eye contact and is like WOW man Nice is this yours looks good yea what is it its a CRX isnt it Looks small like a crx and i was like no its like a crx but its the hatch back. He must of been in a blur him self. but hes all jumped up fast talking. and a few seconds later hes like yea look what i just got. and walked over to the dark area in the parking lot and showed me something like what you have here. it was jet black and fully loaded. Guy was like YEA things a RIOT got to go to the dealer and get one your self poped the hood showed me what it was made me sit in it but didnt take me for a ride.


Just funny to me how i came across the guy hanging on my 91 civic like a vampire. and he had just got the thing that day about a month or 2 ago over here in the states. I have yet to drive one.

 

I wish they would offer Eu or JDM versions of vehicles in the states.
