Default bout to turbo (turbo prep)

i getting ready to turbo my car as soon as i get some work done i want to replace my valve train with titainium valves springr and rettainers. Are there any suggestions on which ones i should invest in and about home much im looking at for the whole kit the last thing i need is to replace my piston rings. What kind should i go for and same thing bout how much do they cost.
Now my roomate and i have done all the work on my hatch from motor install to trouble shooting all the problems we have had but both of us have never done any internal work on a motelp thans or how hard are theses two things to do thanks any input will hthanks again
