Default Fuel economy 98 EX

Hi Guys, Just working on the first tank of fuel on the newly serviced CR-V EX.This is an AWD model, and by my calculations its gonna be around 23 MPG in the city.Im showing 175 miles on the odometer, and its at 1/2 tank.
Is this normal?or should I expect better.Im an old fart, and drive with a feather foot......

You are getting the norm.

You might get days with 30 mpg, but 22-25 mpg is the norm depending on load weight auto or stick and weather conditions .
