Default fuel.

would it be possible for me to use 109 octane fuel in my 98 civic ex? i dont have much performance parts besides a cam gear and intake. i'm assuming that i'm suppose to mix with regular fuel. what would be the correct mixture if i could use this kind of fuel? thanks
