The turbo might be at a stretch for 375, but people seem to make 300 easy on them. Spool is "quick"

the two turbochargers 3037r and 3076r are one in the same just a different name. the "disco potato" referenced above is a gt28rs, its possible but would be hard pressed to make 375whp. the gt3076r would be an excellent choice if you want 375whp now and room to grow later.

ok question for the post above me... on spoolinerformance.com the gt3037r "gt30r" claims to be "faster spooling" then the 76r and "very good for 4 cyl aplications"... u say theyre basicly ther same but you dont think the 37r has a slight advantage by any means?

also looking at ar ratings i know the science behind it but for a b18c which would b the best rating for someone whos shooting only for 350-375 with quick boost response? .63?

smaller AR is going to give you more down low and better response, bigger AR is geared more for top end.

i understand that but do you think the .63 ar rating will be almost too small and when it comes to topp[ end ill end up losing power?..keep in mind im only looking for 350-375

no not at all, .63 seems to be a very common ar.

i took a quick look at spoolin's website and never saw them say the 3037 spools faster. if they said it spooled faster they would be lying.

I'm using a GT3082R with a mitsubishi big 16g exhaust housing. It spools right around 3000-3100 rpms for me and i'm at full boost around 3900-4000rpms. I'm running a built poorman's at 320 whp with no loss of boost at the top.
