hey i got a 1995 civic ex coupe, just did a wire tuck. i'm Pretty sure i Got all harnesses complete hooked, but my problem lies, when i initally start the car up it doesn't "rev" up then slowly come to normal idle. it just starts.. but "bog starts" ex: slowly from 0 to 1K rpm.. it cranks right up too.. also i just reved it it revs up fine, but when it comes to idle it bogg far down, to almost point it's going to die. i get error code 14..?? IAC i cleaned it with crab cleaner.. please help!
