Default 94Accord D4 Code:15

For some reason after a transmision change to Honda's ATF my car would run fine for 10minutes all gears shifting,after 10minutes now its struggle to shift into i believe 1st or 2nd gear. On Drive 4 (d4) it stays around 1-20mph at high RPMs (4-5k redline sometimes ) till it just stays to 0mph and doesnt go anywhere. however on Drive 1 (D1) It can go 1-30 without using so much rpms average around 3k rpm however that also stops to till it hits 0mph no drive. I checked both NM (Main shaft) SS and NC SS (counter shaft speed) and both check 550ohms out side and inside where its conected to the TCM/TCU. I replaced it with a used TCM and ECU still no difference, same outcome. I also hear a odd sound (like a whirling sound?) when in park and once the computer adjusts i dont hear it anymore or not as much. the only drive that works is Reverse without struggle. I would turn off the engine and turn it back on around 10seconds i can get the engine to drive a bit till it goes off and the same code 15 will pop again with the short service tool in. I have checked the TPS, Selonoids everything checks ok.


Everycheck i would reset the ecu/ecm tcu/tcm and once i drive it a bit the code 15 pops.

And ECU has both the oil, battery and engine light constantly on with the service tool on. (if this helps any)
