15x7.5 +15.....EK
right now i have 15x7.5 +30 wheels on my 2000 civic EX....would i be able to run some 15 mm spacers being lowered about 3 inches....front and rears are rolled...i only have a slight rub now on full lock.

With that offset you'd need a bit of stretch so you'd have to run a tire that was 195 or thinner.
Chances are that you will be rubbing on the outside of your fenders regardless though.
