okay i am putting a ls swap in a 1996 honda civic dx which i am doing the obd2 to obd1 conversion harness using a chipped po6 ecu. question i have is how can i convert the 3 wire iacv to a 2 wire iacv caus eth stock y7 had the 3 wire iacv and the 1.8 dohc ls has the 2 wire iacv and the ls is also out of a 97 acura integra hopefully someone can help me out thanks

ok then what about the plug ima have to cut the 3 wire plug of and wire in the 2 wire are they color coded cause i am guessing the orange wire u wont use what bout the other 2 how will i know which one goes to which

 

and if i do the instrutions above itll work also with the obd2 to obd1 harness

 

Scan down for the IACV info... I don't think you have to do the pin swap from my post above AND the plug swap below. All I did was swap the plugs and that was it.

 

ok but the ls doesnt have a 3 wire iacv it has the 2 wire plug like the y7 its on the tb and on the ls its on the intakemanifold and the plugs are diff so do i not plug it up at all

 

i am useing the y7 harness in the 97 dx sry didnt say that my bad

Do I still have to do the pin out if i got a jumper harness i did a swap in my ek sohc to dohc and had to convert IACV plugs witch i did just neede to onow if i have to do the pin out aswell
