To sell or not to sell ( my car )?
OK peeps, I have a few choices. One- save up for a different turbo manifold that lets me keep A/C on my 1.6 SOHC VTEC engine and turbo it, leaving it stock. Two - sell the car, ditch the scene and stop trying to make my car fast and get an SUV and have something reliable, comfortable, and problem free.
Now, my choice is based on one thing - Will turboing my SOHC be worth it? Will I most likely just blow my stock motor? I don't have the budget to upgrade the motor, but want to be able to beat a few Mustang GT's and such. What should I do? T25 it and boost 8psi, praying every day that my motor doesn't blow, or just give up and get an SUV? Would it honestly be worth it to keep my del sol with 125k on it?

Wh not just get a used greddy sohc turbo kit. You can find 'em for about $800-$1000 bucks. My friend had a Hatchback and ran a 14.7 @ 98mph at palmdale, without an intercooler. Check out this page for alot of info

My goal would be a 15.0 second car.
