I'm switching from a B16 Block to a B18C1 block, and i can't figure out what's supposed to go on those 2 pipes. The big one to mee seems like it's something for the heater core but i'm not sure

i dont think either one go to the heater core. the angled one i believe goes into the intake manifold. but not too sure about the other

 

hey, i'm new here so i don't want to overstep my bounds, but i'm gonna give it a shot. the one on the left should be the engine oil cooler outlet(the one on the water pump inlet pipe), and the one on the right looks like a bypass for the thermostat... but i'm not exactly sure. if i had to guess, though... that's what i'd say. if i'm wrong please let me know, and good luck!

 

The fitting on the connecting pipe goes to the heater core and the fitting by the thermostat goes to the fitting on the intake manifold. I'd post the diagram but I have to go soon.
