ok just b ought from an old friend she never had pproblems with it. 91 integra bone stock b18a1 260,000 miles. car ran perfect no smoke sputter or cel. all the sudden it falls on its face while driving to work i tried to restart it and got it to sputter back home about a mile away. ok checked timing its dead on. ran compression test 180 across the board. checked all wires and plugs for spark they all spark. pulled fuel line its got gas. main relay is kicking on fine computer reads no codes. WTF?! you try to start it and it just keeps turning over i can hear the exhaust puff while its turning over but wont start or even try to kick on?? im lost anyone??? i re grounded the grounds the plugs all spark but they do look kinda shitty but it should atleast run on those i would think? ima change the plugs today but i doubt thats what it is, oh yeah the car did have loud loud lifter tick so we even tried to readjust the lifters and still nothing. please help
You say you have fuel pressure, [pump works], if you pulled the fuel line at the fuel filter it may be the filter that is clogged, replace it.
Check to see if there is fuel getting to the cylinders, try starting, immediately pull a spark plug and see if it is wet with gas, if not, check for power at the injectors, wire that is the same color on all 4 injector plugs should be 12V+ with ign. switch on.
Make sure injectors are pulsing, you can feel/hear them if you touch them with a screw driver and put your ear up to the other end of driver. 94

filter is good just checked the injectors they are getting 12v spark plugs are wet...? is it possible that the ecu is bad? or the dizzy even though its sparking good.
Recheck timing, [ign. and valve] if you have fuel, good spark, compression and timing is good the engine should run.
You said you checked timing and it was good, did you check valve timing, timing belt may have skipped a tooth.
How are you testing spark, how far will the spark jump, what color is the spark?
I would also check the connections to the coil and the ICM and test the coil and the ICM themselves. 94

I know you said that your Main Relay is working fine, but I went through a similar dilemma of an engine that refused to start (it wasn't throwing a CEL) and finally replaced the Main Relay. My car started and ran just fine after that.
