just wondering, im rebuilding my head for my 94 integra ls. i dropped of my head at the machine shop and they are installing my new crower valves and valve spring retainers.
should i run synthetic oil straight up or run regular non synthetic.
any other tips are welcome.

 

I always broke in my motors using regular oil, then switched to synthetic after break in.
