ok ive been hearing that the b18b head is the same as the b20 head. Some say it isnt...some say it is...some say the valve and porting is different...are any of these true? I wanna put this roomer to rest so i can have a peace of mind

 

They're different. The B20 cams MIGHT be more aggressive, not sure though. But I know for sure the intake manifold on the B20 sits higher.
