i have a b20.. all stock... it burnt a valve. had all that fixxed, now it seem im fighting with the tsb on loose fit valve seats.. thing runs great cold. but once it warms up, it seems to run a tad rough at idle, and keeps kicking p1399 code, and some times toss out p0300 and so on codes..

i have the head stud to put the b18 head on the b20. but can i run the b20 cams in the b18 head to keep it pcm happy. and will the valve springs for the b18 work with those cams, or should i take every thing from the b20 head and put it in the b18 head?

any other issues will i run into doing this? i plan on keeping every thing on it from the b20, just want to swap the head casting.. im dont see spending 2k on a honda b20 casting. and this is all in my crv still.

the b18 and b20 heads are the same casting p75, everything will swap over.
