im buying a 92 accord lx 2 door with 90k miles on it for 900 dollars in the next few days. ( deals complete have to wait on the buyer to come back from vacation )

its an automatic but the price is right on it
and what a way to adventure into the honda land.

if ive done my homework correctly. this is what ive learned so far.
it has a f22a motor ( correct me if im wrong ) which is a solid motor but lacks potential ? and if i want to get serious i should get an h22a? i dont even know what these numbers mean. im a chevy guy and a jeep guy
( my other rides a 79 corvette )
also i should avoid ebay turbo kits. even tho 500 dollars is tempting the lack of instructions is scary

is there a good builders guide? a book i should be looking for?
what heads can i swap on. what cams are best? im not afraid to tear a car apart down to the piston rings but im just naive when it comes to hondas.

i could really use a parts interchange guide for head swaps and what not


generally my first swaps are air intake. and exhaust.. anything wrong with a 30 dollar ebay intake pipe? ive read mixxed reviews on the headers.. and may get something a bit nicer.
