Fuel PSI??? plz help

i just got a aem fuel rail with guage and regulator... but i dont know at wat psi a ls/vtec suppost to be ... by any chance does anyone know?

a book i read about building hondas said anything over 43lb is causing the injector to labor wile opening... i run my teg 38lb(240cc) and the lude is at 52lb (440cc and stock pump) i need a better pump
