Default Power Issue on 89 EF civic

Here is the issue, I have a 1989 Civic HB Std model. I'm having a problem with the power to the center console area. I have lost power to the A/C and heat controls, radio, and Cigarette Lighter. I have checked all the fuses that go along with those areas and all of them are fine. I have checked for bad wires, grounds, and nothing that I can find seems to be bad. All dash lights, gauge lights, and interior lights work. Looking for any info that would help with this problem. Thanks

Sounds to me like it may be a bad ignition switch, pull off the column shroud and check with key on for power to the black/yellow, white/black and yellow. if not next
open the under hood fuse box and loosen and re tighten all the screw down fuses, re check ALL the fuses.

Check the ignition harness for broken wires, fuse box plug if nothing else run a new power to your heater switch for now its cold mayn.
