Default LS/Vtec Build??

Working on an NA LS/Vtec Build. I have the majority of the parts. And am wondering if any one knows the best compression ratio to run on stock sleeves and deck height, as well as what the horse power ranges would be at. And whatever you guys recommend, questions, and additional parts. I'm staying NA all the WAY!!

Here is what I got:

Block:
B18a1 block
Eagle Rods w/ARP rod bolts
GSR oil pump and water pump
Full Engine Gasket kit (LS and GSR)
ARP LS/Vtec Head Studs
ACL rod/main bearings and Thrust Washers

(Don't have pistons yet, but I got the LS rods and PR3 Pistons)

Head:
GSR P72-2 Head
Super-tech Valve Train
Brian Crower Stage II NA VTEC Cams
AEM True Time Cam Gears

Also am curious to know if it will be better to have a known performance shop assemble this or have me do it. Never done it before and am willing to learn so that i know every little thing about my motor.

Thanks

-Will

Alright ya that is what i was leaning towards and was looking around max. 12:1 or so compression. Don't know if your around the NW, but i was gonna have speed factory assemble everything. Maybe I'll practice on my old single cam haha.
