OBD0 Idle Air Control Motor wiring question

OBD0 Idle Air Control Motor wiring question
Ok I need to wire up my Idle Air Control motor... its a pos and a neg wire.
Im just going to run a new wire from the ECU to the IAC Motor.
According to http://tech2.hybridgarage.com/ecu.php?ecutype=pr3_a I need to tap A11. My question is is the wire coming from the ECU pos or neg? The plug that goes into the IAC Motor requires a + and a - I believe. Any help on this will be appreciated.
