Default 1990 Integra Seatbelt Light Flashes and Keeps Beeping. HELP!

Ok so i've got a 1990 Acura integra GS 2-door. I just got the car recently and the passenger side automatic seatbelt doesnt move its stuck in the back position(position where you would normally wear it). I was having problems with the battery dieing and I was checking it for parasidic drain. Found it had 200mA and everytime i would have my friend disconnect and reconnect the battery I would hear a clicking inside the car. I found that the clicking was coming from the "box" on the side of the drivers seat where the seatbelt mechanism is and has a 6 wire plug connected to it. I disconnected the plug and the drain went down to 35mA which is acceptable.. Problem solved right?? NOPE. The drain is gone but now i've got the light on the dash flashing and an annoying beeping noise that will not go away. Even after plugging the plug back in it's still happening. Even with both doors closed, and all the parts of the seatbelts plugged in. I dont know if there is any way to jump out the plug so it stops beeping and blinking but thats all I really want to do with it. I tried to jump out the wires across each other but I couldnt get it to stop. To be completely honest I dont know if the car kept making the beeping noise before I did all this or not because I was so focused on finding the drain I didnt pay attention to if it was beeping or not with the door closed. I had the automatic seatbelts disconnected as well so if it was beeping I would of just thought that was the problem. I Honestly wasnt paying enough attention to know... but now that that problem is solved i've got to solve the problem of how to get the light to go off and have the beeper stop... I know I could probably just disconnect the beeper and pull the gauge cluster out and take out the bulb. I am hoping that there is another way to fix this problem without going through all taht.. like i said if there is a way to jump the wires i'd be willing to do that. I did search for an answer and couldnt find anything on it really besides people saying to take it to the dealership.

Any help is appreciated. thanks!

Seatbelts have a lifetime warranty, why not take it to the dealer?

your seatbelts have a lifetime warranty IF and ONLY if it is stuck in the far forward position. Move your passenger side seatbelt to the far forward position using the tool or an alan wrench. Remove the motor cover from behind the passenger seat and turn the motor manually until the seatbelt is at the front. then take it to the acura dealer. they are then required by law to fix all components with the passenger seatbelt. as far as the other problems, they might charge you. for mine, they had to just plug the seatbelt computer back in (not covered under warranty) but they wrote it as a broken pin connector, so it was free. most dealers are surprisingly good with this kind of stuff. I would call your local acura dealer and take it in then.

because i dont want to put alot of money in the car i'm tight on cash right now. I know with my luck it will be something i have to pay to fix. Thats why i'm asking if anyone knows how i can just jump the wires to make it think everything is working ok. the part in the seat isnt connected to the part in the door. there should be a way to jump the wires to satisfy the computer... where is the computer for the seatbelts? you said they had to plug yours back in.. how did it get unpluged? thanks for any help.
