Default WTB B-Series Complete Motor 900 Cash in Hand

Looking preferably for a GSR Motor, but will entertain other's.

I have 900 cash in hand right now.

Located in Houston, TX...I have a buddy to help pick up.

Prefer local meeting arrangements (Grand Prarie, DFW, Frisco, Houston area's etc.)

It's a longshot to post on here but I figured I'd give it a shot.

Any info would be appreciated.

You won't get a GSR for $1000 not even if it was stolen. Good luck with the Buy.

have a b16 pulls strong and runs good, just needs a rebuild soon due to bad piston rings.

Thanks for the words, but I said PREFER, not that's all I'm looking for.

I'm actually hoping a pending buyer will flake, a guy said he would sell me his 110k Complete GSR Motor for 900, and it's in good running condition, still in the car.

Looking for a B Series Motor that I don't have to put money into to fix or anything later. So I'll pass on the B16, thanks though.

Yeah maybe if it's stolen....GSR swap runs ~$3200....depending on where you buy!

I have JDM B16A motor with 100,000 miles for sale for 750 OBO. Does not include transmission. Only thing is I'm located in San Jose, CA.

Looking to rebuild one? Ive got a good condition 60k miles GSR Shortblock that I disassembled, It's a bare block right now, but I have a clean crank, gsr rods/pistons, main caps, main girdle, windage tray, oil pickup, oil pan, (The whole nine yards), MINUS Oil pump/Water pump.

I'll even throw in .25mm oversized OEM JDM ITR Pistons with P72 Rods. I can take pictures of it all if you want, lets talk.

Here's my number: (510)305-4266
My name is Kevin.

Xalents23, sounds perfect, I wouldn't need a tranny, but I bet shipping would be expensive and put me over the cash I have now.

As for rebuilding one, no thanks, I'm looking for something I can drop in and go, I haven't driven my hatch for almost 2 yrs now

As for the other comments, I appreciate all the help and words, but yea, I've honestly seen GSR swaps for 2800 or more. I haven't seen full running swaps for very cheap. I just happen to get lucky with this guy selling his for 900 because he's getting out of the "Honda Game", and wants a quick sale.

I may have some luck on a JDM B16a here in Texas, hopefully it goes through. I will keep this thread updated.

Thanks again everyone.

JDM GSR Swaps are whats expensive. I sold my USDM GSR swapped eg coupe for 3000. I can find longblocks in cincinnati for right at 1000.

Just out of curiosity, how far are you from lafayette LA are you? Im here for work and there are no Honda guys which leaves nothing to do.
