Icon2 Replace crossmember?

I am slowly building a 91 civic hatch for auto-x & an occasional track day. My question is about the rear crossmember in the engine bay. When I was unbolting my front lower control arm. The part circled in the pic below spread open. I measured the other side & hammered it back to shape.... however since I will be driving this car hard. I am curious if I should replace it.

Replace it now, it's a PITA to replace if later your control arm falls off and ****s a wheel and fender.

I would definitely replace it, especially at this time.

I also have a 91 integra rs that I'm swapping parts from. Would it be possible to swap that crossmember & sterring rack in, or would that not fit?

If not... gnxpro24 how much?

When I was cranking on the bolt. The metal sleeve inside the control arm bushing was seized to the bolt. So as the bolt backed out of the nut welded to the backside of the bracket. The two sides spread apart.

I'm curious what shipping would be. My zip is 21234. Just weighing my options between going thru the hassle of pulling it myself @ the local pick & pull. Also...will that even work with my manual steering rack?

I dont know if it is the same but why would they make two different racks? Ask around someone on here should know. And if you are for sure interested I can box it up and take it to the post office so they can give me a quote or is there any easier/cheaper way people on here send pieces?
