Default Integra ~ Accord cable reel compatibility

I have a 2000 Acura Integra GS, 5 speed standard with AC and Cruise Control whoes clock spring/cable reel has died. I need to find a replacement and $502 is way too much to pay. I have been told that the Honda Accord has compatible parts. Can anyone tell me what years and models of Accord's (or any other acura/honda models) have compatible cable reels?

thanks

Well, I suspect the question indicated you will not likely to be able to help, however here goes. The Cable Reel is the name Acura uses for what other companies refer to as the clock spring. It is a horseshoe shaped device with connectors on it that sits in the steering column and links the horn, the cruise control and the SRS system together while allowing the connections to remain intact within a rotating environment (steering column).

Hope this helps.
