1991 Acura integra Cable clutch issues
hey guys i have a 1991 acura integra with a 93 tranny on it.
and my cable snapped and so i went to replace it and when i got it installed
the engagement is now all the way up, not like it use to be a closer to the floor
so what i did was use adjustment nut to set it up like i had it before
but it still engages up high. so what i did was adjust it about hallway on the
thread, but now it wont engage at all and when you fully compress the pedal
it actually starts to engage the car but not when fully released. weird
so i put it back to what i had it the fist time. im also using a 91 cable clutch
is there going to be a difference and how do i get it to engage closer to the floor
thanks

I agree with TheRealTegger.
Make sure the cable is routed properly and is secured in the two hooks that are at the valve cover. Make sure the cable is seated 100% where it goes through the fire wall.
