On eBay. Firstly , this is the same header described
On this site correct ?

Second , for the price it seems a bargain and comparable to other higher level headers sold for this setup. How does it compare to toda , buddyclub etc in the real world ?

 

its a great header.. be sure to buy it assembled.. because they are not easy to put together. it is a ssr replica which is a very good unit.

Bought mine off ebay. Took me months to put it together lol

I had the gold nitride coated one though so maybe thats why it was such a pain in the ***. But then I get it together, and the stupid holes on the flange don't line up against my engine head. Had to drill the holes out bigger, but still haven't had a chance to install it.

 

ive put together gold ones and stainless ones.. both suck complete *** to put together.

 

really??!? we had a few in at the shop i go to and they were pretty easy....didnt put up tooo much of a fight on fitment

Just another thought. vteckidd is this ebay seller ? Ive made payment on ebay - now i cannot get a reply in regards to anything from this seller ( initial_eg) . Tried his email address peternator@gmail.com. Yes ive searched alittle and there has been a few instances of very poor communication on behalf of this person/s....

any thoughts or experiences here ? where is vteckidd for some input on his product ?

 

He has a thread here selling them. I'm not positive if it's him directly on eBay or like a friend of a friend thing. I had problems with getting info on eBay too. But he dis send it out on time, just no notification. So hope for the best lol.

you are right - but im used to every other ebay seller being punctual on communication - when the issue I regard is the change of shipping address and I still dont have a confirmation you should understand my concerns

We saw great results on cars at our shop.

 

I just got mine last month, put it together in 5 mins, everything lined up perfect. slides right up to the engine (as long as you take off the sway bar bushings) let it hang down and lift both the header and the sway at the same time. the only problem is removing the stock exhaust.

no, I got it through a local shop. but if you look around there's about 4 websites that sell this header branded as someone else's. if you look around Kidd racing has his own website. I believe that mine came from Private label manufacturing. http://www.privatelabelmfg.com/
