Default B-series ef not starting

K..so swapped in a first gen obd-0 b16 in my ef, tried starting it and its a no go.

-previous d-series ran perfect
-mpfi done
-brand new dizzy
-reused spark plugs and wires
-reused obd0 injectors with resistor box
-new obd0-obd1 conv. harness
-obd1 p72
-vtec not hooked up yet

Weird thing is while i was checking for spark the engine started... And if i tried putting the plug and wire in the cyl it would die out...

Diagnosed:
-different dizzy
-chked for spark
-set motor to tdc, took cap off dizzy, rotor is facing bottom left
-sparkplug timing order
34
12
-injectors work fine
- fpr gauge reads 40psi

Any suggestions!!!!????

the starter works cause it starts on 3 cyl but when all four sparkplugs are in it would crank then catch for a sec and die out...

dizzy is fine..its a t44u (obd1)

I set everything to tdc and the motor was never takin apart either...it starts on 3cyl but not with all sparkplugs/wires in. I've checked all the timing, plugs and wires are good..im hookin up my oil pressure gauge tmo to see if im getting any pressure.

there should be a two wire plug on the passenger side of the car under the dash in a green rubber cover thing. when you find it turn the car on try to start it then leave the key on run. jumper the two wires with a paper clip or something. the check engine light will flash.

ps just for diag take move the map to the fuel pressure regulator vac port on the manifold try to start it like that
